What is not included
Saying this up front saves both of us a call.
- Paid advertising. I do not run Google Ads, and I will tell you honestly if I think you need it.
- Logo design. If you have not got one I will set the site up so it works without, and point you at someone who does branding properly.
- Professional photography. Photos off your phone of real finished jobs work better anyway.
- Guaranteed rankings. Nobody can sell you those, and anyone who does is guessing.
If you want to leave
The domain is in your name and the site is transferable. Cancel the monthly and I will hand over everything needed to move it elsewhere, including to another developer. There is no notice period and nothing is held back.
That is the entire argument for owning rather than renting, so it would be strange to build the same trap into my own terms.
