What is in it

The audit already tells you what is wrong and roughly what fixing it involves. That part stays free, and it is enough to decide with or to hand to whoever looks after the site.
What this adds is the specific bit. Not "add a TXT record to your DNS" but which panel, which field, exactly what to paste, why two of them is worse than none, and how to tell it worked an hour later. Where we can see what your site is built with, the steps are written for that.

When it is not worth it

If the audit says the site is not built for phones, that is usually the theme rather than a setting, and no amount of adjustment fixes it. The report says so in those words rather than selling you instructions that will not work.
