A website you own, not another lead platform you rent
I build websites for plumbers, electricians and heating engineers across London. Three weeks, a price agreed up front, and the site belongs to you afterwards.
About ten seconds. No signup, no account, nothing to cancel.
You are probably not short of work. You are short of control.
The lead platforms sell the same job to four of you and charge all four. Your best customers came from word of mouth anyway. And when someone is handed your name and looks you up, what they find is a Facebook page from 2019 or nothing at all.
That last one is the expensive part. A recommendation gets checked before it gets called, and a business with twenty years of good work behind it can lose the job to someone younger with a tidier website.
How I work
- One person, not an agency You deal with me directly. Same number every time, no account manager.
- Prices in public On this site, before you speak to me. No discovery call to find out what it costs.
- You own everything Domain in your name, site transferable, no contract holding it.
- Built for a phone Because that is where your customers are when the boiler stops.

- Week one Work out what you actually need A phone call, your job photos, your service areas. I write the copy and send you the structure before anything gets built.
- Week two Build it The site goes together on a preview link you can look at on your phone. Click-to-call everywhere, your reviews on the front page, loads in under two seconds.
- Week three Put it live and make it findable Domain pointed, Google Business Profile sorted, local listings consistent, and a walkthrough so you can change your own prices without ringing me.
Questions people actually ask
Why not just use Checkatrade?
Because you are renting access to your own customers. Stop paying and the leads stop the same week. A website you own keeps working, and the enquiries come to you directly rather than to you and three competitors at once.
I already have a website. Is it worth redoing?
Maybe not. Ask me for the free audit first — if the answer is "yours is fine, fix these two things yourself", that is what I will tell you.
Do I own it?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the site is yours, and you can move it to another host or another developer whenever you like. No contract holding it hostage.
How long does it take?
Three weeks from the day you send me your details. Most of that is waiting on photos and copy from you; the build itself is quick.
What if I do not have photos or know what to write?
Normal. Photos off your phone of finished jobs are better than stock images, and I will write the copy from a twenty-minute phone call.
Is there a monthly tie-in?
The build is a one-off. Hosting and upkeep is monthly and you can stop it whenever you want — the site goes with you.
Want to know what your site is costing you?
Send me your address and I will look at it properly and tell you what I find. No charge, and no pitch deck afterwards. — Ife
