One person. I build the sites, I answer the phone, and you deal with me from start to finish.
Why there is only one of me
Because an agency would mean an account manager, a sales process, and three people between you and whoever actually builds the thing. You run a business where the person who quotes is the person who does the work. This is the same arrangement.
It also means I can only take on a few builds at a time, and I would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
What I am actually good at
Building fast websites and making them findable locally. That is it. I write my own software, which is why this site loads the way it does — you are looking at the demonstration.
I am not a designer, I do not run advertising campaigns, and I will tell you when something is outside what I do rather than take the money and work it out afterwards.
How I find people
If I contacted you out of the blue, it was because I looked at your website and found something worth telling you about. Your details came from public business listings and from your own site — the privacy page explains exactly what I hold and how to have it removed.
If you would rather I did not contact you again, say so and that is the end of it.
